Character Introductions, Part 5

Name: NidiaWarner
Player: Miranda
Age: 18
Height/Weight: 5'3"/90 lbs.
Eyes/Hair: Brown/Black
Role: Long Range Damage Dealer
Personality: Emotionally unstable, but loyal to a fault.
Strength: Willpower.
Weakness: Easily angered.
Short Term Goals: Get her emotions in check.
Long Term Goals: Move beyond her dark past and toward a new future.
Character History: Was raised in a wealthy, but emotionally distant family. Was an ordinary girl who was never really noticed by anyone. Then puberty struck and with it came the ability to start fires with her mind. It was uncontrollable at first; whenever she would get upset or angry things would randomly burst into flames. She ran away from home after accidentally burning her best friend’s house down at age 17. While hitchhiking across Indiana she was picked up by a guy on the street who told her that he knew what she was capable of and could help her get her powers under control. For a year he trained her not only to control the fires within, but in the ways of martial arts as an outlet for her anger. Once her training was complete she learned that he was using her. He was a demon from the Bix Mantula Clan, who are worshipped by vampires, and he was preparing her to be a ritual sacrifice to his Goddess.

Role: Thief/Rogue
Personality: Antisocial misfit trying to fit back into society..
Strength: Highly skilled thief.
Weakness: The bottle.
Short Term Goals: Get over his social phobias now that he's visible.
Long Term Goals: Get his life back on track.
Character History: Born in the late ‘60s, Alex didn’t know about his demonic parentage until he went through puberty. Upon discovering he could turn invisible morality fell away as he found out he could do just about anything. Life was great for a while as he developed his skills, always being able to disappear to get out of trouble. In 1990 during the middle of a heist in LA he got stuck invisible. Unable to live a normal life he started to divorce himself from reality. He even thought he was a ghost named Dennis for a few years, living in a low-rent apartment also inhabited by an actress-wannabe. Finally he started wandering, not feeling human any more. Ending up back home in Chicago, a dip in the Chicago River finally restored his power under his control. Unused to living in humanity, he is trying to find his way again, but is so used to being ignored that it is a challenge to re-find civilization’s conventions.
